M.K. Kashoulis Ltd is an independent accounting and auditing firm in Nicosia, Cyprus established in 2001 with wide experience in audit, accountancy, taxation and business consultancy providing services to local and international clients. The firm is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus (ICPAC).

Our aim is to provide our clients a unique and personalised service that is high quality and satisfies their needs and requirements.

Marios Kashoulis

Chartered Accountant
  • Member of the Institute of Charted Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) since 1993 and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus (ICPAC) since 1996.
  • Bsc (Econ) from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
  • Qualified as a Charted Accountant in London, England in 1993 working for a Medium size firm. Moved to Cyprus in 1995 to a Medium size firm becoming a partner in 1998.
  • Established the accounting and auditing firm M.K. Kashoulis in 2001.
  • Very active with the committees of ICPAC. Currently Chairman of the Advisory Committee for Small and Medium Practices of ICPAC. Previously member of the Accounting Standards Committee of ICPAC for many years.
  • Wide experience in audit, accountancy, taxation and business consultancy.
