The Registrar Annual Levy for the year 2022 of €350 needs to be paid before 30 June 2022.
Penalties for late payment
In the case the levy is not paid within the deadline then:
- If the levy is paid within 2 months after the deadline, the levy is increased by 10% (ie €385 if paid between 1/7/2022 – 31/8/2022)
- If the levy is paid after 2 months but before 5 months after the deadline the levy is increased by 40% (ie €490 if paid between 1/9/2022 – 30/11/2022)
- If the levy is not paid within a year of its due date, the Registrar can initiate the procedure to strike off the company from the register.
